These terms govern your use of AdLibly. By using the app, you agree to them.

Use of AdLibly

You may use AdLibly for lawful personal or business presentation purposes. You are responsible for the scripts and content you choose to create, import, or present.

Your content

Your scripts remain yours. AdLibly stores local copies and can synchronize them through your private iCloud account. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for changes or loss caused by deletion, iCloud availability, device failure, or actions outside AdLibly’s control.

Availability and safety

AdLibly is provided “as is” and may change over time. Speech-based script tracking depends on device capabilities, permissions, language support, and the surrounding audio environment. Always keep manual control of your presentation and do not rely on the app where failure could cause harm.

Intellectual property

AdLibly and its app design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the app or its branding.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AdLibly develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
