Writing notes

- Keep headings short enough to find after a question or interruption.
- Use complete sentences for names, numbers, required language, and the close.
- Use prompts in square brackets for examples and explanations you want to say in your own words.
- Leave a blank line before every new idea so there is a visible place to rejoin.
- Read the draft aloud, then edit any wording you would not naturally say.
